Frank Grube, Allied Vision’s CEO, passed away
It is with great sadness that the Board of VDMA Machine Vision learned of the death of Frank Grube, President and CEO of Allied Vision. He died surprisingly on April 14th, 2018, at the age of 53.

TV debate on robots: “fear of new technology is unfounded”
12.04.2017 The European Parliament wants tighter regulation of robots in Europe. In a debate on the French international TV channel “France 24”, VDMA argued for greater trust in innovation.

Buyers Guide VDMA Robotics + Automation 2016
Composites are considered to be the material of the future with a multitude of applications in the automotive, construction, aerospace and wind power industries. VDMA Robotics + Automation actively participates in the Forum Composite Technology, in order to push forward the development of manufacturing technology for the high-volume production of composites. This is done in an interdisciplinary cooperation with VDMA associations such as Textile Machinery, Plastics Machinery and Machine Tools.
